Odoo Techno-Functional Analyst

Role Description:Odoo Techno-Functional Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering functional requirements, and translating them into Odoo configurations and customizations that support operations in spare parts, engines, and turbine services. Day-to-day tasks include configuring Odoo modules, performing functional testing, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with stakeholders to improve workflows and system usability. The analyst will work closely with technical developers to design and validate integrations, reports, and enhancements, while ensuring data accuracy and continuity across modules. You will play a key role in enhancing our Odoo ERP platform, supporting business process improvements, leading system integrations, and preparing the organization for the UAE's upcoming e-Invoicing requirements. Key Responsibilities:Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical ERP solutions.Configure, customize, and develop Odoo modules across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing. Lead and support the implementation of UAE e-Invoicing requirements, including system integrations and regulatory compliance.Develop and maintain custom Odoo applications using Python.Integrate Odoo with third-party systems, APIs, and business applications.Support ERP enhancements, upgrades, testing, deployments, and user training.Collaborate with business users to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing technical and functional support. Desired candidate profile:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Odoo ERP development and techno-functional consulting.Strong experience with Odoo v17+ and Python.Good understanding of Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain processes.Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and ORM concepts.Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.Knowledge of Odoo.sh, version control (Git), and enterprise versions.Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and business process mapping.Experience with UAE e-Invoicing, VAT compliance, ERP integrations is a strong advantage.
