We are looking for an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of Odoo ERP across our group companies.Job PurposeThe Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, customization, integration, and continuous enhancement of the Odoo ERP platform across the organization. This role requires a strong blend of functional business knowledge and technical expertise to ensure the system supports business operations efficiently while driving digital transformation initiatives.The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience implementing Odoo Version 19 (or above) and possess comprehensive knowledge of Odoo's business modules to support cross-functional operations across Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, CRM, Retail, Projects, Manufacturing, and other business functions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the complete end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP across multiple business units.Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.Configure, customize, and deploy Odoo modules based on business needs.Develop and implement custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and automations.Perform system customization using Odoo framework and best development practices.Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, APIs, payment gateways, and external systems where required.Configure security roles, user permissions, and access controls.Conduct system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolve implementation issues.Perform data migration from legacy systems into Odoo.Prepare technical documentation, process documentation, and user manuals.Train end users and key stakeholders across departments.Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous system enhancements.Work closely with Finance, HR, Retail, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, CRM, and other business teams to ensure seamless ERP adoption.Stay up to date with the latest Odoo releases and recommend system enhancements to improve business efficiency.Ensure ERP implementation follows industry best practices and scalable architecture.Technical SkillsStrong experience with Odoo Version 19 (or later).Expertise in Odoo architecture and framework.Proficiency in Python and Odoo development.Experience with PostgreSQL.Strong understanding of XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and QWeb.Experience developing custom modules.Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.Familiarity with Git and version control.Experience deploying and maintaining Odoo in cloud and on-premise environments.Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.Odoo certifications are highly preferred.Experience5–8+ years of experience implementing Odoo ERP solutions.Proven experience leading multiple full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations.Hands-on implementation experience with Odoo Version 19 or above is mandatory.Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and the ability to configure and customize solutions across multiple business functions.Previous experience in retail, hospitality, F&B, or diversified business groups is highly desirable.Key CompetenciesStrong techno-functional consulting skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Excellent project management and documentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Self-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented.Why Join Mohamed Hilal Group?Join one of the UAE's leading business groups and play a pivotal role in driving the organization's ERP transformation.
