We are the KSA arm of DWP Group, an industrial conglomerate with 4,500+ employees and deep manufacturing, distribution, and services expertise.We are growing fast and looking for an Odoo Technofunctional Consultant who can own client engagements end-to-end: from discovery and demos through implementation, go-live, and beyond.The RoleYou will be the bridge between our clients' business needs and Odoo's capabilities. This is a client-facing, hands-on role — you will run workshops, configure and customise Odoo, lead demos for prospects, and manage implementation projects to successful go-live. You must be equally comfortable in a boardroom explaining a process redesign in Arabic and in a technical session scoping customisations with our development team.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & DeliveryLead full-cycle Odoo implementations: requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, UAT, training, data migration, and go-live supportConfigure Odoo core modules (Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, Projects) to fit client business processesTranslate functional requirements into clear technical specifications for the development team, and validate delivered customisations against themEnsure implementations comply with KSA regulatory requirements, including ZATCA e-invoicing (Fatoora), VAT, and local payroll/GOSI rulesPre-Sales & DemosPrepare and deliver tailored Odoo product demonstrations to prospective clients in both Arabic and EnglishSupport the sales team in scoping, solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal developmentBuild demo environments and industry-specific demo scenariosProject ManagementOwn project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent engagementsRun steering meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and report project status to client leadership and internal managementManage scope, flag risks early, and drive change requests through a structured processCoordinate between the client, on-site consultants, and offshore delivery teamsClient SuccessTrain end users and super users; produce user documentationProvide post-go-live hypercare and handover to supportBuild long-term trusted-advisor relationships with client stakeholdersRequired QualificationsCurrently based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable iqama (or Saudi national) — this is non-negotiable; overseas applicants will not be consideredFluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) — you will run workshops and demos in both languagesOdoo Certification (current version certification strongly preferred; v16+ accepted)3+ years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations delivered to go-liveProven demo/pre-sales experience — you have personally delivered product demonstrations to C-level and business stakeholdersProject management experience — you have owned project plans, budgets/timelines, and client communications (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification a plus)Strong functional command of at least 4 Odoo core modules (e.g., Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, HR)Technical proficiency: ability to read Python, understand Odoo's data model (models, views, ORM), write domain filters, and scope customisations — you don't need to be a full-time developer, but you must speak the languageSolid understanding of KSA business and regulatory environment (ZATCA e-invoicing, VAT, GOSI)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Engineering, or related fieldNice to HaveExperience with Odoo.sh and on-premise deploymentsSQL and reporting skills (Odoo Studio, custom reports, dashboards)Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or contractingPrior experience at an Odoo partnerExperience migrating clients from legacy systems (SAP B1, Tally, QuickBooks, Dynamics, custom ERPs)Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites within KSAWhat We OfferCompetitive tax-free salary package commensurate with experienceIqama sponsorship and transferMedical insuranceThe chance to work on flagship ERP projects across the Kingdom with real ownership from day oneDirect exposure to leadership and a fast track to senior delivery roles as we scaleBacking of an established group with a dedicated offshore development centre — you focus on the client, we've got the delivery capacityHow to ApplyApply via LinkedIn or send your CV to info@dwptech.com with the subject line: "Odoo Technofunctional Consultant – [Your Name]".Please include in your application:Your Odoo certification (version and year)A brief summary of two implementations you personally ledYour current location and iqama statusNotice period and salary expectationsOnly candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia who meet the language and certification requirements will be contacted.
