This role carries full accountability for the seamless operations and strategic performance of a 38-bedded SafeCare Level 5–certified facility, ensuring sustained compliance with internationally benchmarked quality standards. The incumbent will provide strong leadership, driving operational excellence, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement in alignment with the organization’s broader outreach health strategy.Specific responsibilities include:developing and implementing strategic plans, goals and operational budgets of the hospitalproviding leadership and direction to the management team ensuring that operational, professional and technical activities are performed consistently in line with organisation’s vision, mission, goals and objectivesensuring quality and safety as one of the top priorities and this is translated through an effective execution of quality, safety, infection control and facilities management standards and best evidence-based practicesmonitoring hospital clinical volumes and revenuesmanaging and monitoring financial and human resourcesensuring systems, policies and procedures are in compliance with approved standards and regulatory requirementspreparing performance reports and business proposalsbuilding and maintaining strategic relationships with all the stakeholdersliaising with government agencies and ensuring regulatory complianceserving as a role model by providing leadership and problem-solving support to peers, direct reports and to customers. Requirements:You should have:Master’s degree in Business Administration / Health Care Management from a recognised university or equivalent degreeat least eight years of experience at a managerial level preferably in hospital environmentunderstanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to think critically and strategicallyproven experience in working in a team environment, to recognise trends, and identify systematic approaches to solving problems in a fast moving, dynamic environmentexcellent skills in data analysis, data organisation, and use of spreadsheets related to operations, finance, quality and any other aspect of business operationsproficiency in preparing and presenting business casesability to deliver effectively under pressure while meeting multiple deadlinesexcellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
