We're Hiring: Gujarati-Speaking Off-Plan Property Consultant | DubaiOaklyn Real Estate is expanding our off-plan sales team and looking for a driven Off-Plan Property Consultant fluent in Gujarati to connect with our growing base of Gujarati-speaking investors and clients.

What You'll Do

Generate and convert leads for off-plan property investments across Dubai's top developments Build strong relationships with Gujarati-speaking clients, understanding their investment goals Guide clients through the full off-plan buying journey — from property selection to closing Stay sharp on Dubai's real estate market trends, new launches, and developer offerings Represent Oaklyn Real Estate at property launches, exhibitions, and client meetingsWhat We're Looking For: ✅ Fluency in Gujarati and English (Hindi a plus) ✅ Prior experience in real estate sales — off-plan experience strongly preferred ✅ Strong network within the Gujarati/Indian business community in the UAE is a big advantage ✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills ✅ Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
