Off Plan team Lead

Off-Plan Team LeadWe are seeking an experienced Off-Plan Team Lead to lead and manage a high-performing team within the off-plan property sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in off-plan real estate sales, combined with proven team leadership and people-management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of off-plan property consultants.Drive off-plan sales performance and ensure consistent achievement of targets.Coach and mentor team members to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and client management.Maintain strong relationships with developers and key industry partners.Stay up to date with new off-plan launches, payment plans, pricing, and market opportunities.Support the team with negotiations, client presentations, and closing deals.Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and reporting to management.Recruit, train, and develop new team members where required.

Requirements

Proven experience in UAE/Dubai off-plan real estate sales.Previous experience managing and leading a team of real estate agents/consultants.Strong understanding of the Dubai off-plan property market and major developers.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.Strong existing developer and/or client network is highly desirable.A proactive, target-driven, and commercially minded approach.
