This position is onsite at our Orange, CA corporate office.Solaris Paper is among the fastest-growing tissue manufacturers in the United States, with production facilities strategically located in California, Oklahoma, and Virginia.The Office Administrator Assistant will provide administrative support to the corporate office.

Responsibilities

Provides administrative support to the corporate office by coordinating meetings, managing office supply procurement, and responding to or redirecting employee inquiries.Serves as the primary liaison with property management, addressing facility-related matters and supporting workplace safety initiatives in the role of Office Manager and Safety Warden.Coordinates domestic and international business travel arrangements, accommodations, and U.S. visa requests for employees and visitors.Administers and maintains the company’s travel management platform (Egencia) and provides training to employees on travel booking and expense reporting processes through Expensify.Manages corporate FedEx accounts, including user administration, shipment coordination, and issue resolution for domestic and international deliveries.Processes Human Resources legal invoices by ensuring proper documentation, obtaining approvals, and facilitating payment in accordance with company procedures.Monitors and manages the legal department email inbox to ensure timely distribution and processing of invoices and related documentation.Oversees the distribution and inventory management of employee sale items at the corporate office.Drafts and prepares promotion letters, organizational announcements, employee communications, and other business correspondence.Processes accounts payable transactions, including non-purchase order invoices through SAP Fiori and purchase order invoices through SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accuracy and timely payment

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or legal from an accredited university, is highly preferred.Experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar position is preferred.Knowledge and understanding of general business practices;Strong computer skills (MS Office)
