The organization focuses on long-term partnerships, efficient operations, and responsive support for global clients.Role Description The Office Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The individual in this position will handle day-to-day office administration, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, organizing files, and supporting routine clerical tasks. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls with professional etiquette, scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and assisting with travel arrangements and document preparation. The role also involves supporting senior team members with executive administrative tasks, preparing basic reports, and ensuring office supplies and resources are well maintained. The Office Administrative Assistant will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support smooth office operations and timely communication.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage daily office operations, documentation, and general office support.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to handle calls, emails, and in-person interactions professionally.Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support senior staff with scheduling, coordination, and confidential documentation.Proficiency in office productivity tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications) and basic data entry skills.Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills.Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt to changing priorities.Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred; a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
