This role is responsible for managing daily office operations, including handling incoming calls and emails, organizing paperwork, maintaining files, and supporting scheduling and appointments. The Office Administrator will interact with customers, contractors, and suppliers, providing professional customer service, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries. The role also includes operating office equipment, preparing basic reports and invoices, and assisting with inventory and data entry tasks. The Office Administrator collaborates with the team to ensure smooth office workflows and consistent, accurate communication.Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to support day-to-day office operations.Ability to effectively use Office Equipment, including computers, printers, phones, and related tools.Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers, contractors, and team members.Proven Customer Service experience, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a professional demeanor.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Basic proficiency in standard office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets); familiarity with order or inventory systems is a plus.Ability to work on-site in Lynbrook, NY, and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.Prior experience in a plumbing, construction, or building supply environment is beneficial but not required.
