Universal Stones has been a trusted partner among the architects, builders, general contractor and homeowners for decades.Role Description the Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based at the Warrenton, VA location. This role is responsible for coordinating daily office operations, including managing phone and email communications, greeting visitors, and supporting internal teams with administrative tasks. The Office Administrator maintains office supplies and equipment, prepares and organizes documents, schedules appointments and meetings, and assists with filing, data entry, and record keeping. This position supports customer inquiries, collaborates with project and installation teams to ensure smooth workflow, and helps maintain an organized, professional office environment. The Office Administrator may also assist with basic reporting, updating internal systems, and supporting management with administrative projects as needed.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage daily operations and support stakeholders.Candidates should possess experience with Office Equipment and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email, scheduling tools).Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional phone etiquette.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, support visitors, and represent the company professionally.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work on-site full time in Warrenton, VA and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Previous experience in an office or administrative role; experience in construction, manufacturing, or design environments is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in office administration or business is beneficial.
