These are highly visible administrative leadership roles with broad responsibility across office operations, staff management, finance, human resources, facilities, and administrative services.While the scope may vary slightly by office, we are seeking well-rounded law firm administrators who are polished, hands-on, and comfortable partnering closely with attorneys, staff, and firm leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functionsManage, mentor, and develop administrative and support staffPartner with attorneys and leadership on office needs and strategic initiativesManage office budgets, expenses, and operational planningCoordinate with Finance, HR, IT, Facilities, Records, and other firmwide departmentsSupport employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and staff developmentOversee facilities, vendors, office services, and workplace operationsLead office projects, process improvements, and employee engagement initiativesSupport additional offices or locations depending on the positionIdeal BackgroundSignificant law firm administration or operations experienceExperience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Manager, Office Manager, or similar law firm leadership professionalBroad exposure to law firm operations rather than experience concentrated exclusively in one functional areaStrong people-management and staff-development experienceExperience with budgeting and financial oversightExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to build credibility and work effectively with attorneys and senior leadershipStrong judgment, professionalism, and discretionOrganized, responsive, and comfortable managing competing prioritiesBachelor's degree preferredIdeal CandidateWe're looking for well-rounded, hands-on law firm administrators who enjoy taking ownership of office operations and serving as a trusted resource to attorneys and staff.The firm currently has a few openings with varying office sizes, scope, and responsibilities, creating an opportunity to identify the position that best aligns with each candidate's experience and strengths.
