Yurrah is a Supply Nation registered supplier, an ICN Gateway member, and is developing Yurrah Connect, a platform that gives clients live order visibility, delivery tracking, and quality assurance in one place.Role Description The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gheringhap, VIC, supporting the smooth daily operation of Yurrah’s civil supply and logistics business. This role includes managing reception and general inquiries, coordinating office communications, and maintaining accurate records and filing systems. The Office Administrator will handle data entry, assist with document preparation and compliance documentation, and support scheduling for logistics, plant hire, and project-related activities. Responsibilities also include ordering and maintaining office supplies, overseeing office equipment and facilities, and providing responsive customer service to internal teams and external clients. The role involves working closely with operations and project staff to ensure information flows efficiently and administrative processes align with project timelines and requirements.Qualifications Strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills, with experience managing day-to-day office operations and documentation.Proficiency with Office Equipment and basic IT tools, including printers, scanners, and standard office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent).Effective Communication skills, with the ability to liaise clearly with project teams, suppliers, and clients in person, by phone, and in writing.Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and building positive working relationships.Experience in civil construction, logistics, or related industries is advantageous, particularly in compliance documentation and record keeping.Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and filing.Ability to work on-site full time in Gheringhap, VIC, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Relevant qualification in business administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in an office-based role.
