As part of the continued development of the business, they are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the office and provide administrative and operational support across the wider business.This is a varied, hands-on role suited to an organised, proactive individual who enjoys working in a busy environment and is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day administration of the office, ensuring operations run efficiently and effectively.Provide administrative support to senior management and the wider business.Manage incoming calls, emails, correspondence and general office enquiries.Coordinate office supplies, equipment, maintenance and relationships with external suppliers.Maintain accurate records, databases, filing systems and internal documentation.Assist with processing purchase orders, invoices, expenses and general administrative paperwork.Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure effective communication.Support stock administration, order processing and delivery coordination where required.Assist with scheduling meetings, managing diaries and coordinating appointments.Work closely with retail and operational teams to support the smooth running of business activities.Prepare reports, spreadsheets and other administrative documentation as required.Support onboarding and general HR administration, including maintaining employee records.Identify opportunities to improve office procedures, administrative processes and overall efficiency.Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support to the management team.Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in an Office Administrator, Office Coordinator or similar administrative role.Experience working within retail, wholesale, distribution or a related commercial environment would be advantageous.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.Experience with invoice processing, purchase orders and general office administration.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Comfortable liaising with suppliers, customers and colleagues across different departments.Proactive, reliable and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to support different areas of the business.Professional, personable and comfortable working in a busy, hands-on office environment.Able to work full-time from the company's North London office.
