The team is collaborative, ambitious and fast-moving, and we value people who take initiative, own their work and make things happen.Role OverviewReporting to our COO, this role splits between running a professional office covering front of house and facilities and taking on operational projects to support the leadership team, giving you direct exposure to how a multi-family office runs.We're looking for someone who combines a proactive attitude and thrives in a hands-on role, moving between the practical tasks that keep the office running and improving how the firm operates. You'll be embedded in a close-knit team, with the opportunity to shape your own role as you grow into it.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice managementManage the day to day running of the office with energy and enthusiasm: welcome clients and visitors, answer the phone and the door and prepare and reset meeting rooms throughout the dayOversee facilities: manage supplies, liaise with service providers to ensure the office runs smoothlyPlan, run and coordinate team and client events including logistics, arranging catering and travelOperationsSchedule meetings and manage logistics for the leadership teamLead on operational projects and pieces of work that improve how the firm runsUse AI tools in day to day work to automate manual, repetitive tasks and increase your own capacitySkills and ExperiencesYou have some experience in an operations, PA or EA role, or you are early in your career and keen to learn the ropes in a fast growing, exciting cultureYou are highly proficient in Microsoft OfficeYou are a curious user of AI tools and regularly use them to build workflows and solve problemsYou are sharp, proactive and use good judgement to spot what needs doing without being toldYou are low-ego, comfortable doing both office and project work and no task is beneath youYou are professional and warm with clients and visitors.
