We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Assistant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, varied role supporting the day-to-day operations of our HQ, including stock coordination, showroom assistance and general office support.

Key Responsibilities

General office support across the business Processing stock in and out for the Creative, Socials and PR teams Helping the showroom with stock and general support Coordinating deliveries between the warehouse and HQ Keeping stock organised and records accurate Working with multiple teams and pitching in where needed A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and think on your feet Great attention to detail Excellent communication skills and teamwork Flexibility with hours and the ability to work to deadlines Interest in online fashion and the e-commerce industry Experience in office, retail, or showroom roles Rosebery location Onsite parking Stunning offices, including an onsite gym & kitchen stocked with lots of goodies On-site pilates and yoga classes Access to the in-house coffee bar Fun events throughout the year Employee Assistance Program
