This is an in-office role built for someone highly organized and trustworthy; you'll be the person clients and mail carriers see first, and the one we rely on to handle sensitive tasks like check deposits with care and precision every single day.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Opening & Daily OperationsOpen the office daily and ensure it is clean, organized, and client-readyHandle daily mail scanning and check depositing with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail; this role requires someone we can fully trust with financial handlingMaintain organized records of office administrative tasksFront Office & Client SupportSupport front-office client interactions, including in-person visits and general customer supportServe as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experienceCoordinate with the broader team to keep office processes running smoothlyQualificationsStrong background in customer service, office administration, or client relationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail; especially important for handling mail and check depositsComfortable working independently and opening/managing an office soloTrustworthy and reliable, with a track record of handling sensitive information or financial tasks responsiblyBilingual skills (Spanish or Arabic) are a plusWhat We're Looking ForSomeone who takes ownership of the office as if it were their own; reliable enough to open daily and handle sensitive tasks like check deposits with consistency and precision.Equal Opportunity Statement: We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
