You’ll combine reception, administration, facilities support and event coordination to help keep the office running smoothly day to day.Office Concierge / Receptionist / Office Coordinator Benefits:$32.00 - $38.00 per hour, based on relevant experience and qualificationsMedical, dental and vision coveragePre-tax Flexible Spending Account options for medical, childcare and commuter expenses401kPTO and paid holidaysEmployee Stock Ownership Plan enrolment after 1 year3-day-per-week, in-person positionThe Office Concierge / Receptionist / Office Coordinator Role:Greet visitors, coordinate access with building security and provide a professional front-of-house experience.Answer main line calls, transfer enquiries and support day-to-day reception activity.Maintain conference rooms, shared office areas and supplies to a high standard of readiness.Coordinate general office supplies, IT accessories, mail, shipping, messenger services and vendor visits.Support internal meetings, vendor presentations and office events, including food, beverage, seating and AV setup.Liaise with building personnel on badging, room reservations, repairs and facilities requests.Monitor cleaning, waste disposal and general office presentation, raising or resolving recurring issues where needed.Assist with office hospitality tasks, including coffee equipment, refreshments, weekly gatherings and occasional in-office dinners.Office Concierge / Receptionist / Office Coordinator Requirements:Experience as an Office Concierge, Receptionist, Office Coordinator, Front Desk Coordinator, Customer Service Representative or similar hospitality-focused office role.A minimum of 3-4 years of front desk, concierge, customer service or hospitality experience.Experience in reception, office management or facilities coordination.Professional, friendly and composed communication style, with the ability to multitask under pressure.Strong organization, attention to detail and a clear sense of ownership.Event planning or event coordination experience.Basic IT skills for virtual meeting setup and AV troubleshooting.Proficiency with Office 365, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Ability to carry out work involving regular walking, standing, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing or pulling, and frequent lifting of up to 40 lbs.Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.Desirable Experience:Hospitality background.Experience working in a Citrix environment.Apply now for this Office Concierge position to be considered for the next stage.
