Spectrum Aviation a trusted partner in the government and public sector aviation space.Role Description The Office Executive Administrator role is a full-time, on-site position based at Spectrum Aviation’s office in Delhi, India. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day administrative operations, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, maintaining records, and supporting internal communication between departments and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars for leadership, organizing travel and logistics, and ensuring efficient office workflows. The Office Executive Administrator will oversee basic office facilities and supplies, assist with data entry and report preparation, and support HR and finance teams with documentation and compliance-related tasks. This role requires consistent coordination with operations teams to ensure that administrative processes align with aviation regulatory standards and company procedures.QualificationsStrong office administration and coordination skills, including calendar management, document handling, and general office operations.Proficiency with productivity tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email systems, and basic data entry and reporting tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for handling correspondence, drafting documents, and interacting with internal and external stakeholders.Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain accurate records.Attention to detail and adherence to processes, particularly in handling confidential information and compliance-related documentation.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including operations, HR, finance, and senior management.Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role; exposure to aviation or regulated industries is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and willingness to adapt to evolving organizational and regulatory needs.
