Our Houston team supports technically challenging projects requiring strong engineering judgment, practical design solutions, and close collaboration across disciplines.The position:As an Office Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, including calendar and travel management, correspondence, document preparation, reporting, invoice coordination, and meeting support.The role will also oversee reception and office support activities, assist with HR and month-end processes, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.Make a full range of business travel arrangements for employees and advise them on respective airline / hotel / car rules, regulations and cancellation policies.Secures information by completing data base backups.Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems, recording meeting discussions.Establish and coordinate executive duties such as researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.Receive and control of invoices of the department.Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or directing inquiries.Ensure reception area, conference rooms, kitchens and copy rooms are stocked as needed.Receive and distribute incoming mail/packages/deliveries.Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.Assist HR with timesheets and month end process.Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:College and/or University Degree preferred.At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, 1 year of experience in HR would be an asset.Experience working with SAP software would be an asset.Why Join Tecnicas Reunidas Houston?You will have the opportunity to:Work within a collaborative and supportive environment.Enjoy a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Build your career within a growing, future-focused organization with opportunities for professional development and advancement.Work Authorization RequirementThis position is open only to U.S. citizens and U.S. lawful permanent residents.Tecnicas Reunidas Houston LLC is not providing visa sponsorship, visa transfer, or work authorization sponsorship for this position.Equal Opportunity Employer:Tecnicas Reunidas Houston LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
