Office Manager – Celebrate Dental & Braces 🦷Albuquerque & Bernalillo, NM (On-Site)Are you a natural leader who enjoys developing teams, improving operations, and making a real impact?Celebrate Dental & Braces is looking for a motivated, results-driven Office Manager to oversee our two orthodontic locations in Albuquerque (Rio Bravo) and Bernalillo, NM.Dental experience is NOT required! We are willing to train the right person.We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to take ownership of operations. Whether your background is in healthcare, hospitality, retail management, or another leadership role, we encourage you to apply!We can teach you the dental industry. What matters most to us is finding someone who can lead people, solve problems, create accountability, and help our practice continue to grow.What You'll DoLead, coach, and develop our clinical and administrative teams across both locations.Oversee daily operations, scheduling, workflows, and the patient experience.Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and employee performance.Create accountability and build a positive, high-performing team culture.Monitor key performance indicators, including production, collections, and scheduling.Identify opportunities to improve office systems, processes, and overall efficiency.Support treatment coordination and patient communication.Work directly with the Practice Owner to implement improvements and support continued growth.What We're Looking ForStrong leadership or management experience (dental experience is not required).Proven ability to motivate, develop, and manage a team.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Someone who takes initiative and can make decisions independently.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working with performance reports, goals, and accountability.A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn.Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.Previous dental or orthodontic management experience is a plus, but we are happy to provide industry-specific training to the right candidate.What We OfferPerformance-based bonus opportunities.401(k).Paid time off.Employee discounts on dental and orthodontic services.Training and professional development.Opportunities for growth as our practice continues to expand.About UsCelebrate Dental & Braces has proudly served families throughout Albuquerque and Bernalillo for over 13 years.
