Office ManagerWe're In Digital, a thriving digital growth agency based in Covent Garden and ranked as one of the best places to work in the UK – and we're currently seeking an Office Manager to be the backbone of our office operations.You'll create a welcoming and organised environment, supporting both employees and visitors while handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Your role will be integral in maintaining a positive workplace culture and keeping our office space optimised for productivity.Get a better feel for who we are on our website: https://indigital.marketing/What you'll be doing• Providing a warm and professional welcome to guests, and holding the whole office to a "client-ready at all times" standard• Keeping meeting rooms well-maintained, managing meeting schedules, and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready to use• Overseeing office, kitchen and shared workspace upkeep, monitoring supply levels so the team always has what it needs• Supporting internal events and special occasions, handling logistics to ensure smooth execution• Coordinating office maintenance and repairs, and acting as the main contact for building management, contractors and suppliers• Supporting the Chief of Staff with fire safety checks, first aid provisions and workplace compliance• Assisting with onboarding by preparing equipment, system access and welcome packs for new hires• Providing light calendar support for senior leaders, and monitoring the recruitment inbox for candidate correspondence and interviews• Assisting with travel bookings, itinerary preparation and other administrative tasks as needed• Acting as the first point of contact for basic office tech issues, liaising with IT vendors as needed• Coordinating birthdays, anniversaries, employee recognition, team events, socials and seasonal celebrationsWhat you need to be successful• 1–3 years of experience in an office management, administrative or operational support role• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting professionally across all levels of the organisation• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail• A strong customer service approach and mentality• A knack for spotting inefficiencies and taking the initiative to improve processes• A track record of being the go-to person who keeps things running behind the scenes• The ability to handle confidential employee matters with professionalism and discretion, knowing when to escalate• Happy to be a visible and hands-on presence in the office 4–5 days per week, reflecting the people-facing nature of the roleSalary: £30,000–£35,000, depending on experienceWhy work for In Digital?• A certified Sunday Times Best Places to Work in the UK, 2026• A brilliant Covent Garden office spread over three floors, with our own cocktail bar & roof terrace, great coffee and an array of restaurants on the doorstep• Subsidised gym & sports memberships• Regular team lunches, socials, charity days and sporting activities• A competitive salary with twice-yearly bonusSound like you?We'd love to hear from you — send over your CV.
