Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth, professional, and efficient running of the office environment. The role supports daily operations, coordinates administrative activities, manages office resources, and acts as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and management. The ideal candidate is presentable, highly organized, service-oriented, and confident in handling multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a clean, organized, welcoming, and productive work environment.Manage reception, visitor coordination, meeting room arrangements, calls, correspondence, and general office communication.Maintain office supplies, stationery, pantry items, equipment, records, and inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and cost control.Coordinate with vendors, service providers, building management, maintenance teams, couriers, and suppliers to ensure services are delivered efficiently.Support management with administrative tasks, reports, presentations, travel arrangements, scheduling, and follow-ups.Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, contracts, invoices, purchase requests, and other administrative records.Assist with onboarding arrangements for new employees, including workspace preparation, access coordination, equipment readiness, and orientation support.Support internal events, meetings, workshops, employee activities, and office hospitality arrangements.Monitor office-related expenses, process invoices, maintain petty cash or expense records where applicable, and support budget tracking.Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality requirements, health and safety standards, and office procedures.Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, office efficiency, employee experience, and service quality.Act as a professional representative of the organization when dealing with guests, clients, employees, and external stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 1–5 years of experience in office administration, office management, executive support, or a similar role.Strong experience using Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, facilities, meetings, travel, and administrative records.Previous experience supporting senior management or working in a professional corporate environment is an advantage.Fluent in English and ArabicPersonal AttributesProfessional, polished, and approachable.Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.Calm under pressure and able to manage urgent requests effectively.Confident, service-focused, and solutions-oriented.Respectful, discreet, and able to build positive working relationships across the organization.
