Office Manager | Real Estate Development & Construction | Seattle, WA💰 $70K–$80K+ DOE | Flexible for the right candidate📍 Downtown Seattle | Hybrid – 3–4 days in officeI’m working with a privately owned real estate development company that is looking to add an Office Manager to its small, close-knit Seattle team.This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being the person who keeps things moving. You’ll have exposure to accounting, construction projects, operations, vendors, properties, and general office administration.What You’ll DoHandle AP and invoice processing for construction projects and company operationsEnter invoices, process payments, and cut checksSupport construction and development projects from start through completionCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and property management partnersManage company licenses, assets, and operational needsAssist with property maintenance and project-related issuesSupport marketing and advertising initiativesHelp edit brochures, website content, and other materialsHandle mail, scanning, filing, and general office administrationTake on additional responsibilities as neededWhat They’re Looking ForConstruction, general contractor, or real estate experience strongly preferredStrong communication skills and the ability to anticipate needsHighly organized, proactive, and self-directedComfortable working independently in a small office environmentStrong attention to detail and follow-throughSomeone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking ownershipComfortable stepping outside of traditional accounting or administrative responsibilitiesWhy Consider It?This is a great opportunity for someone who values stability, variety, and long-term growth rather than constantly chasing the next title.
