قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجWe’re hiring an exceptional Office Manager & People Operations Assistant to take ownership of a fast-paced, 16,500 sq ft Shoreditch HQ.This is a highly hands-on role for someone who takes genuine pride in creating a brilliant workplace. You’ll oversee everything from facilities, contractors and office projects to onboarding, team culture and the day-to-day guest experience.You’ll be the person who spots what needs doing and gets it done - whether that means coordinating a contractor, setting up a new starter, organising a team event, assembling furniture or making sure the office is immaculate ahead of an important meeting.The roleYou’ll take ownership of:Running the day-to-day operations of a large Shoreditch office, ensuring the space is always pristine, functional and guest-ready.Managing facilities, maintenance, repairs, cleaners, contractors, suppliers and building management.Supporting office fit-outs, renovations and improvement projects from initial brief through to completion.Getting hands-on when needed — assembling furniture, mounting shelves, painting, unpacking deliveries and fixing smaller issues.Owning the new joiner experience, including desks, equipment, accounts, onboarding schedules and welcome packs.Supporting wider People Operations, maintaining employee documentation and helping improve processes as the team grows.Managing reception and creating an exceptional experience for guests, investors, partners and visitors.Organising team lunches, dinners, socials, offsites, birthdays, celebrations and company events.Managing office suppliers, invoices, stock and spend.Maintaining clear processes and systems in Notion so nothing falls through the cracks.About youWe’re looking for someone with 2+ years’ experience in Office Management, Workplace Operations, People Operations, Facilities or a similar role.You’ll ideally be:Genuinely hands-on and happy to get stuck in.Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.Confident managing contractors, suppliers and workplace projects.Proactive — you notice problems and solve them without waiting to be asked.A strong communicator who is equally comfortable dealing with contractors, new starters and senior guests.Passionate about creating an outstanding office and employee experience.Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.Experienced with Notion or similar workplace/project management tools.Experience within a startup, hospitality-led brand, flexible workspace or fast-growth business would be particularly relevant.Working style & benefitsThis is a full-time, five-day-a-week office-based role in Shoreditch, with core hours around 9:30am–5:30pm.
