Their London office is home to a close-knit team of professionals who value collaboration, autonomy and a down-to-earth approach.With a diverse and inclusive culture, the business offers the stability of a global organisation alongside the feel of a smaller, entrepreneurial environment.📋 The RoleReporting into the CFO, you'll split your time between office management and executive/business support responsibilities, ensuring the office runs efficiently while supporting senior stakeholders and the wider team.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the day-to-day operations of a busy London officeOverseeing facilities, suppliers, health & safety and workplace managementCoordinating onboarding and offboarding processesProviding diary management and executive support to the CFOOrganising meetings, preparing schedules and coordinating travel arrangementsMonitoring actions and deliverables across the team, ensuring deadlines are metChasing stakeholders and maintaining momentum on key projectsAssisting with cost reconciliations and supporting financial administrationActing as a key point of contact for employees, visitors and external partnersProviding occasional reception cover when required✅ About You2-3+ years' experience within Office Management, Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or Business Support rolesConfident managing office operations and dealing with suppliersStrong diary management, scheduling and coordination skillsComfortable supporting senior executives and leadership teamsDetail-oriented with excellent organisational skillsConfident enough to follow up with stakeholders and drive actions forwardProfessional, approachable and down-to-earth in your styleHappy working in a fully office-based environment🎁 Package & Benefits£50,000-£55,000 salaryPrivate medical insuranceDental coverLife assurance
