About the RoleWe're looking for an Office Manager who's the true "glue" of our office — the person who keeps things running smoothly, keeps everyone on the same page, and makes our office a genuinely great place to work. This is a hands-on role at a tight-knit, medium-sized construction company where everyone pitches in, communication matters, and no task is "not my job." If you're organized, personable, and thrive on being the go-to person who makes everyone else's day easier, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoManage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, vendors, and facilitiesServe as the first point of contact for phone calls, visitors, and general office inquiries — setting a friendly, professional tone for the companySupport scheduling and coordination between the office, field crews, subcontractors, and clientsAssist with basic bookkeeping tasks: processing invoices, tracking expenses, and coordinating with accounting/payrollMaintain organized records for contracts, permits, certifications, insurance documents, and project filesHelp onboard new employees and coordinate HR-related paperworkCoordinate meetings, company events, and office logisticsTrack deadlines for licenses, insurance renewals, and compliance documentsSupport project managers and leadership with administrative tasks as neededHelp maintain a positive, collaborative office culture — checking in with the team, smoothing over hiccups, and keeping morale upJump in wherever needed — this role often means wearing multiple hats and adapting to whatever the day bringsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or similar role (construction or trades industry experience a plus, but not required)Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailWarm, approachable communication style — comfortable talking with everyone from field crews to clients to ownershipA proactive, "no job too small" attitude and willingness to help out wherever neededStrong multitasking skills and comfort managing shifting prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with QuickBooks or construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) a plusDiscretion with sensitive information and sound judgmentA team-first mentality — you genuinely enjoy being part of a close, collaborative officeWhy Join UsWe're a close-knit team that treats each other like family.
