In this role, you will support the smooth running of our office while also getting involved in marketing activities and smaller creative projects. The Office Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in London.Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day running of the London office.Support diary management, scheduling and logistics for team meetings and events.Manage basic finance administration and preparing documents for Accounting Department (e.g., invoices, purchase orders, expenses, business trips etc).Preparing documents for signature and working with internal documentation (preparing materials for meetings etc.).Organizing smaller events (corporate events, and team activities).Providing ad hoc support to colleagues across the company.Organizing marketing meetings, workshops, and promotional activities.Assist in creating and updating marketing presentations, social media and press releases.QualificationsCreative mind in combination with attention to detail in administrative agenda.Strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently and willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks.Strong communication skills.A proactive approach and a willingness to find solutions.Good working knowledge of MS Office.Fluent English, knowledge of Czech or Slovak is a big plus.If this opportunity caught your attention and you’d like to be part of a great team surrounded by talented and inspiring people, we’d love to hear from you.
