The firm emphasizes integrity, transparency, and timely execution.The RoleThe Office Manager is a full-time role in our Vancouver office, reporting to the partners. We are a small office of four people, so you will work directly with the partners day to day and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and counterparties, setting the tone for how the firm presents itself. You will keep daily operations running smoothly and maintain a professional, efficient, and well-organized environment in a fast-paced investment setting. This position is fully in-office; remote and hybrid work are not available.What you will do• Oversee daily office operations and administration • Manage reception, greet visitors, and provide courteous, responsive service to clients, guests, and the team • Coordinate schedules and meetings and support the partners with administrative tasks • Book and manage travel arrangements for the partners, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries • Maintain office supplies and equipment and liaise with vendors and service providers • Organize company documents and records • Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense reporting • Plan and coordinate internal events and meetingsWhat you bring• At least two years of experience in office management, administration, or operations, ideally in financial or professional services • A polished, professional presence and strong interpersonal skills suited to a client-facing role • Excellent written and spoken English • Excellent organization and time management, with the ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision • Strong comfort with workplace technology: Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, spreadsheets, video conferencing platforms, printers, phone systems, and basic troubleshooting • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problems • A high level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability when handling confidential information • A degree or diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution in business administration or a related field is an asset; for credentials earned outside Canada, please include a Canadian equivalency evaluation from a recognized service such as World Education Services or the International Credential Evaluation ServiceCompensation and details• Annual salary: $60,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications • Full-time, Monday to Friday, in our Vancouver, British Columbia office • This is an in-person role; remote and hybrid arrangements are not availableHow to applySubmit your resume through LinkedIn with "Office Manager" in the subject line.
