قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجOffice Manager | Design PracticeCentral London | Full-time | Office-basedWe are working with a globally recognised design practice to recruit an experienced, highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join their Central London team.This is a varied and hands-on role for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and understands the pace, standards and discretion required to support senior leadership within an international design business.The RoleThe Office Manager will play a central role in keeping the London studio running smoothly, while providing high-level support to the Managing Director and working closely with the HR team.You will also work directly with the CEO for several days each week, providing trusted administrative and organisational support and helping to ensure priorities are managed effectively.The role will suit someone who is confident working across office management, executive support, travel, marketing and research, with a genuine understanding or appreciation of the design industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day management and smooth running of the Central London officeSupporting the Managing Director with diary management, administration and general executive supportWorking closely with the CEO several days each weekManaging complex domestic and international travel arrangementsOrganising flights, accommodation, itineraries and detailed travel schedulesManaging visa requirements and international travel documentationWorking closely with the HR team on people-related administration and office matters including annual leaveSupporting the production of marketing presentations, packs and company materialsUsing Adobe Creative Suite confidently for basic document and presentation preparationConducting market research and gathering information to support business development and marketing activityAssisting with meetings, events and office initiativesCoordinating with internal teams and external suppliersMaintaining a polished, professional and welcoming open-plan studio environmentHandling sensitive and confidential information with complete discretionAbout YouWe are looking for someone with proven experience within a design, architecture, interiors, creative or similarly design-led environment. Industry experience is essential for this position.You will ideally have:Strong Office Management and/or Executive Assistant experiencePrevious experience supporting senior leadership, ideally a CEO or MDExcellent international travel booking experienceStrong knowledge of visas and international travel requirementsConfidence using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly for presentations and marketing materialsExperience creating or supporting the production of marketing packsStrong research and analytical skills, with an ability to conduct market research independentlyExceptional organisation and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA calm, proactive and solutions-focused approachThe confidence and maturity to work with senior stakeholdersA genuine interest in design and the creative industriesThe EnvironmentYou will be joining a global design practice with an international outlook and a collaborative, creative culture.
