Guided by a commitment to customer service and maximum machinery uptime, NuTek focuses on high-quality equipment with minimal proprietary parts, helping keep replacement costs reasonable.Role Description The Office Manager is a full-time, role based in Bedford, OH. This role manages daily office operations, including coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and organizing documentation related to machinery orders, service, and training. The Office Manager oversees office equipment and supplies, supports technicians and leadership with administrative tasks, and helps streamline workflows across departments. The position also handles customer communications, processes inquiries, and supports billing or service-related documentation to ensure timely and accurate responses. The Office Manager maintains a professional office environment, assists with onboarding processes, and contributes to continuous improvement of office procedures.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients, technicians, and internal teams.Candidates should possess administrative assistance and office administration skills to manage scheduling, documentation, and daily office workflows.Candidates should possess proficiency with office equipment and common office software tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, CRM systems).Relevant experience in office management, administrative coordination, or similar roles in a technical or manufacturing environment is beneficial.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting are important.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to evolving business needs.High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field is a plus.
