Apply & track with Apply EdgeShiji is a global technology company dedicated to providing innovative solutions for the hospitality industry, ensuring seamless operations for hoteliers day and night.Built on the Shiji Platform — the only truly global hotel technology platform — Shiji’s cloud-based portfolio includes Property Management System , Point-of-Sale , guest engagement , distribution , payments , and data intelligence solutions for over 91,000 hotels worldwide, including the largest chains.What you'll do: Handling paperwork and documentation of the Company Coordinating business setup approvals Government mandates and licensing Liaison with immigration and Labor departments Submission and processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies Proactively manage the timely renewal for all Employees contracts, visas, and labor permits. Assist employees in renewing visas for their immediate dependents Send employees a notification on documentation required prior to their visa/labor card expiry Manage the visa checklist as when the rules on visa/labor changes Assist the company and the employees with visa arrangements in Embassies Maintain database of all passports and residence visas by scanning all documents and directly updating the database when details change Renewing all company related licenses prior to their expiry date Send out notifications on documentation required to renew trade licenses and complete surveys, etc. required by the government bodies at the time of license renewals Submit detailed reports related to visa expenses to the management Submit required documentation to the banks and process bank transactions as advised by the General Manager Post office activities (checking, processing, etc...) Provide support and guidance for development and implementation of company policies and procedures Work together with global People & Culture teams for talent acquisition activities and other parts of the employee lifecycle.Requirements High proficiency level of English and Arabic languages is required Experience with Office Management/People & Culture (Human Resources) experience Experience handling recruitment processes, as well as other HR-related matters Excellent knowledge/experience with local government legislation and local platforms Willingness to work from the office at least 3 times per week Benefits Challenging and creative technology environment with a great deal of freedom and responsibility.
