This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting senior leadership, takes pride in creating a smooth and welcoming office experience, and is eager to learn and grow their career.Work ScheduleFull-time position, in-office at our NYC Corporate HQ four days per week (Monday–Thursday)Fridays offKey ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day office operations and ensure the office runs smoothlyHandle all office ordering, including supplies, snacks, and general inventoryAnswer incoming phone calls and route messages appropriatelyGreet and assist guests at the front deskSchedule meetings and coordinate calendars as neededAssist the executive team with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projectsServe as the point of contact for office-related vendors and service providersMaintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environmentAssist with coordinating marketing and event activitiesQualifications4+ years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environmentProficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 SuiteProfessional, friendly demeanor with a service-oriented mindsetAbility to work in-office Monday–Thursday in NYCCompensationSalary range: $65,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experienceWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryCollaborative, supportive team environmentOpportunity to work closely with executive leadershipGrowth potential as the company scalesA true four-day workweek with Fridays off401(k), health insurance, life insurance, paid vacation, and a wide array of holidays
