Hillcrest Capital Advisors operates as a separate entity from WFAFN and serves clients in selected U.S. states under established regulatory guidelines.Role Description The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Wyckoff, NJ, responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations and ensuring a professional, well-organized work environment. This role includes managing administrative workflows, coordinating schedules and meetings, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and supporting compliance with internal procedures. The Office Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for visitors and clients, providing courteous customer service and directing inquiries appropriately. Additional responsibilities include preparing documents, assisting with basic bookkeeping or reporting tasks as needed, and collaborating with team members to support firm events and client-facing activities.QualificationsStrong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients, vendors, and team members.Experience with Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, such as scheduling, recordkeeping, and workflow coordination.Proficiency in handling Office Equipment, including printers, copiers, phone systems, and basic troubleshooting.Customer Service skills to manage front desk interactions, respond to inquiries, and create a welcoming office environment.Comfort with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools) and basic data entry.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.Ability to work collaboratively with a small professional team and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.Prior experience in financial services or a professional services environment is preferred but not required.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or coursework in business or administration is a plus.Familiarity with financial services preferred, FINRA licensing or openness to obtaining may be considered
