Role Description The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organized, efficient, and professional work environment. Responsibilities include managing administrative workflows, coordinating schedules and meetings, supervising office equipment and supplies, and maintaining organized records and documentation. The role will also support internal and external communication, assist with basic HR and onboarding processes, and provide guidance to colleagues and visitors to uphold high standards of customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.QualificationsStrong Communication and Client Service skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and partners.Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to manage daily operations and documentation.Hands-on experience with Office Equipment and basic troubleshooting to keep the workspace functional and efficient.Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.Comfort with MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with fintech or financial services environments is an advantage.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and support multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.Relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred; previous experience in office management or similar roles is beneficial.Candidates coming from premium luxury hospitality brands are welcome to apply Knowledge of DIFC hospitality brands is very much needed for this role
