- Records, organization, and administrative follow-upCore Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and direct questions or requests to the appropriate person or department
- Receive, organize, and distribute mail, documents, and other incoming items
- Coordinate outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, and courier services as needed
- Maintain office supplies and assist with routine administrative purchases and vendor coordination
- Help keep the office and shared areas organized and coordinate basic facility or maintenance needs
- Assist with administrative forms, certificates, business cards, stationery, and other office-related requests
- Maintain organized records, contact information, procedures, and administrative files
- Provide general administrative support to Accounting, Sales, Operations, Human Resources, and management as needed
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assignedQualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or administrative training preferred
- 2+ years of office administration, or related experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common office systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks
- Professional, dependable, and service-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively with employees, customers, vendors, and other business contacts
