This role includes managing front-desk activities, coordinating schedules and appointments, organizing client files, and maintaining office systems and supplies. The Office Manager will handle phone and email communications, greet and support clients, and ensure a high level of customer service. Day-to-day tasks also include supervising general office administration, assisting with document preparation, supporting firm leadership and staff with administrative needs, and ensuring office equipment is functioning properly. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional phone and email etiquette.Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills, including scheduling, records management, and general office coordination.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, respond to inquiries, and provide a welcoming office experience.Candidates should possess familiarity with Office Equipment, including printers, copiers, scanners, and basic troubleshooting of common office technology.Relevant skills and qualifications include proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office), strong organizational and time-management abilities, reliability, and discretion in handling sensitive information.Previous experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably in a professional services or accounting environment, is required.A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
