The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient office operations, providing excellent patient service, supporting the clinical team, and helping maintain a positive and professional work environment.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in dental, oral surgery, healthcare, or medical office management.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily front-office and administrative operationsManage and support administrative staff and office workflowsCoordinate patient scheduling, appointments, confirmations, and follow-upEnsure patients receive professional and courteous serviceVerify insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questionsOversee patient registration, billing, payments, and account inquiriesMonitor accounts receivable and assist with collections as neededCoordinate treatment scheduling and financial arrangementsMaintain accurate and confidential patient recordsEnsure compliance with HIPAA and office policiesManage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationshipsAssist with payroll, timekeeping, and employee scheduling as neededTrain, coach, and support office staffAddress patient concerns and resolve issues professionallyMonitor office performance, productivity, and customer serviceWork closely with doctors, surgical staff, and clinical team membersHelp implement and maintain office policies and proceduresAssist with hiring, onboarding, and employee performance managementMaintain a clean, organized, and professional office environmentEnsure the practice operates efficiently and provides an exceptional patient experienceQualificationsRequired:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious office management or supervisory experienceStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional and friendly demeanorStrong computer and administrative skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information appropriatelyPreferred:Experience in a dental, oral surgery, medical, or healthcare settingExperience with dental practice management or scheduling softwareKnowledge of dental insurance and benefits verificationExperience with billing, collections, and accounts receivablePrevious experience managing or supervising staffIdeal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is:Professional and dependableHighly organized and detail-orientedPatient-focused and compassionateA strong leader and team playerComfortable managing multiple prioritiesConfident handling patient concernsProactive and solutions-orientedExperienced in a fast-paced healthcare environmentScheduleFull-time position.
