You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day office operations, working with staff,vendors, visitors, and departments across Lifehouse.If you enjoy variety, solving problems, staying one step ahead, and creating a welcoming andwell-organized workplace, this could be the role for you!What you will do:Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the North Bay officeProvide administrative support to the Director of Programs & Operations and North Bay teamsServe as a primary point of contact for office needs, calls, visitors, vendors, and correspondenceCoordinate office supplies, equipment, maintenance, mail, shipping, invoices, and other operational needsMaintain common areas and ensure the office is welcoming, organized, and well stockedCoordinate equipment repairs, vendor services, and technology needs with ITMaintain office records, databases, spreadsheets, and program documentationCoordinate team meetings, including scheduling, materials, minutes, and follow-upSupport events, communications, flyers, and other materials that showcase Lifehouse programs and servicesOpen and secure the North Bay office at the beginning and end of the workdayWhat you will bring:At least four years of office management, administrative management, or executive assistant experienceStrong organizational skills and excellent attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsInitiative, good judgment, and strong follow-throughAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyProfessional, welcoming, and service-oriented approachProficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and databasesAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyFlexibility and adaptability when priorities changeAbility to drive for work-related purposes as neededWhy you would want to join us:Make a difference supporting an organization that improves the lives of people with developmental disabilitiesBe the person who makes things happen and helps keep a busy office running smoothlyEnjoy variety with a role that touches operations, programs, events, technology, and peopleWork with a supportive team committed to Lifehouse's mission and the people we serveCompensation And BenefitsFull time, in person rolePay up to $75,000 if annualizedHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with matchingPaid time offLife and disability insuranceEmployee assistance programWhat are you waiting for?
