This role is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. The position provides direct administrative and personal support to leadership, such as preparing documents and presentations, arranging travel and accommodations, and tracking tasks and deadlines. The role also involves welcoming visitors, responding to inquiries, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring a professional, efficient, and well-organized work environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and task tracking.Candidates should possess Office Administration skills, including maintaining office workflows, organizing files and records, and supporting daily operational processes.Candidates should possess experience with Office Equipment, including basic troubleshooting of printers, scanners, and other office tools, as well as managing supplies.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries, greeting visitors, and providing responsive, solution-oriented support.Additional beneficial qualifications include strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and proficiency with productivity software (such as email, calendars, word processing, and spreadsheets).Previous experience in an office management or executive/personal assistant role and a relevant diploma or degree in business administration or a related field are preferred.
