Team members join a focused, research-driven environment that values ownership, rigor, and diversity.Role Description The Office Manager / QuickBooks Administrator is a full-time, on-site role located in Rosemont, IL. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies and equipment, coordinating vendor relationships, and ensuring a professional office environment. The position manages QuickBooks-based financial processes such as accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, invoice generation, and reconciliation of accounts, working closely with leadership and external accounting partners as needed. The role also includes scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, organizing files and records, and supporting compliance-related documentation. The Office Manager / QuickBooks Administrator will assist with basic HR and onboarding tasks, prepare routine reports, and contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.Qualifications Demonstrated experience with QuickBooks and general bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.Strong office administration skills, such as organizing records, managing supplies, coordinating vendors, and maintaining office systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic comfort with financial or CRM software tools.Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.Effective written and verbal communication skills and a professional, client-focused demeanor.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and support compliance-oriented processes.Experience in financial services, investment management, or a related professional environment is beneficial.Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
