Apply & track with Apply EdgeOffice & Administrative Operations ManagerFull-Time | Retail OperationsWe are seeking an experienced Office & Administrative Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of a busy retail organization. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position responsible for keeping office operations organized, supporting customers and internal teams, and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently.The successful candidate will be a strong people leader who is comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment, handling multiple priorities, resolving customer concerns, and coordinating with sales, warehouse, operations, and vendor partners.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, train, and support an administrative team of approximately 5–7 employees.Manage daily office workflow, staffing priorities, and administrative responsibilities.Serve as a key point of contact for customers and employees, professionally handling questions and escalated situations.Support senior leadership by appropriately prioritizing and directing incoming calls, requests, and issues.Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors regarding merchandise status, order flow, and related follow-up.Work closely with sales, customer service, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve order and customer-related issues.Provide support for dispatch, order processing, documentation, and data entry as needed.Maintain a professional and efficient front-office/customer service environment.Ensure office equipment is properly maintained, and necessary supplies remain adequately stocked.Utilize the company’s retail POS system and Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations.Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as required.Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, communication, and overall office efficiency.QualificationsPrevious experience managing an office, administrative, customer service, or retail operations team.Demonstrated ability to coach and develop employees.Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.Experience with retail POS systems and Microsoft Office required.Ability to work collaboratively across sales, operations, warehouse, and leadership teams.Professional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or escalated matters.ScheduleMonday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays and evening coverage as business needs require.Ideal CandidateThis position is well suited for someone who enjoys being at the center of a busy operation and can move comfortably between leading employees, assisting customers, solving problems, coordinating orders, and supporting management.
