Officer - Cards Product (Emirati Talent)

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy:

• Support to Create, sustain, and strengthen the Cards Business for DIB.
• Develop, ensure execution, and monitor results of product strategy for cards portfolio.
• Develop and lead seamless execution of new product propositions, processes, and systems while launching new programs.
• Manage partner relationship with complete hold on day to activities with partners.
• Analyze process, system, TAT, and documentation improvement opportunities and lead its effective execution.
• Ensure timely and effective roll out of marketing communications and promotions.
• Coordinate the resolution of process breakdown and policy interpretation related customer issues across all functions.
• Monitor competitor activity and implement effective actions to counter them.P&L Management:
• Identify and implement new Cards Value Proposition to achieve the financial targets.
• Execute programs and campaigns to achieve substantial growth in cards spends on Cards Portfolio. Compliance with Sharia/L&C Requirements:
• Ensure all customer transaction documents required by Business are duly approved by both Legal and Compliance maintain record thereof.
• Ensure all customer communication is duly approved by Sharia and maintain record thereofProcess Management & Control:
• Analyze process, system, TAT, and documentation improvement opportunities and lead its effective execution.
• Coordinate the resolution of process breakdown and policy interpretation related customer issues across all functions.Stakeholder management:
• Coordinate alignment of sales, operations, credit, Branches IT, SP&BA, Sharia, legal, audit and collections.All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.Work Experience:Minimum 2 - 3 Years.Education:Minimum Bachelor's degreeMaster's Degree will be plus
