With more than a decade of experience and a highly skilled team, we are proud to support organizations across the region with tailored workforce solutions.We are currently hiring a Officer Multimedia Production on behalf of a prestigious client, based in their Dubai office.Job Purpose:To capture and produce high-quality photography and videography content to support brand, marketing, and communication initiatives, ensuring all outputs align with approved briefs, technical standards, and delivery requirements.Job Description:Capture high-quality photography and videography content aligned to approved briefs, to support brand, marketing, and communication initiatives across multiple platforms.Execute on-location and studio shoots in coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure outputs meet defined timelines, technical standards, and creative requirements.Edit and produce visual content, including video editing, color grading, sound integration, and motion graphics, to deliver polished outputs in line with brand standards.Ensure content is optimized for various channels (digital, social, internal platforms), enabling effective audience engagement and consistent content quality.Apply visual standards, composition techniques, and creative guidelines during production and post-production to ensure all outputs align with company's brand identity and messaging.Review and refine content based on stakeholder feedback to maintain consistency and quality across deliverables.Maintain production equipment and digital asset libraries to ensure readiness, proper functioning, and efficient retrieval of content.Support adherence to safety, operational, and regulatory requirements during all production activities.Skills & Experience:Strong technical proficiency in videography and photography, including camera operation, lighting, and audio capture.Good understanding of visual composition, storytelling, and content adaptation across formats.Experience in video editing, colour grading, and motion graphics.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).Ability to deliver high-quality content in fast-paced operational environments.Strong coordination and communication skills with internal stakeholders and production teams.Experience in photography and videography production, including shooting, editing, and post-production delivery, within fast-paced and multi-stakeholder environments.Creative, media, or production environment, preferably within an agency, media house, or in-house brand and communications function.
