Officer - Quality Check

Key Responsibilities:Ensure adequate governance vide periodic Self-Audit checks to ensure that the Retail Credit are in-line with the applicable regulations and product programs.Ongoing evaluation of all systems, processes and infrastructure, to ensure policies, processes and standards are in place to identify, assess, measure, manage and report Operational Risks.Identify and report any policy, process breach during self-assessment program.To manage and document the Operational Risk Self-Assessment Program (through KRIs and RCSAs).Suggest policy/ procedural changes or recommend process improvements, system improvements when identified, if any, in order to enhance the process.Assist Credit Initiation team to close Operational Risk incident in eGRC .Ensure Consumer Protection Regulation related to Retail Credit are implemented and subsequent adherence.Arrange meeting /awareness session on QA/self-assessment findings.All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.Work Experience:Minimum 2 – 3 years of Banking experience in similar fields (like Quality Check, Credit).Education:Minimum Bachelor’s degree
