Asgar Ali Hospital is looking for Officer/ Sr. Officer- Customer Service- OPDJob Description / ResponsibilityWelcome and assist patients and attendants with professional and courteous service.Manage OPD registration, appointments, consultant schedules and patient flow.Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, consultants, fees and procedures.Coordinate with consultants and relevant departments including Nursing, Billing, Laboratory, Radiology and Pharmacy.Handle patient queries, feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.Assist patients with investigations, reports and follow-up appointments.Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with hospital policies and SOPs.Maintain accurate records and update information in the hospital management system.Support smooth and efficient OPD operations and ensure a positive patient experience.Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor/management.Educational RequirementsBachelor’s/Honors degree in any discipline from a recognized universitySkills Required: Quick Learning Ability, Communication and interpersonal skill, Presentable in Appearance and Attitude, Computer SkillsExperience Requirements1 to 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Hospital,Diagnostic CentreAdditional RequirementsCandidates with prior experience in a reputed hospital/corporate hospital/ Diagnostics will be given preference.Job LocationDhaka (Old Dhaka)
