Officer / Sr. Officer DATA Analytics

This position is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Analytics solutions by enabling data acquisition, ETL processes, data warehousing, modeling, reporting, visualization along with technical and functional documentations. The role supports the delivery of accurate, data-driven insights, facilitates self-service BI, and collaborates with business stakeholders to optimize decision-making and drive digital transformation in line with organizational objectives and best practices. Functional KnowledgeDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and self-service BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik.Develop and manage ETL processes, data warehousing solutions, data models, data marts, and data visualizations to support business intelligence requirements.Gather and document business requirements, define organization-wide KPIs, and translate business needs into technical proposals and analytical solutions.Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and reliable analytics through QA processes, test strategies, automation, integration testing, and performance testing.Manage BI/analytics operations, including report requests, task prioritization, defect tracking, data refresh schedules, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, application owners, and vendors to implement BI solutions aligned with enterprise data models and business objectives.Apply SDLC, CI/CD, risk management, and technical documentation practices while supporting business users in adopting self-service analytics tools.SkillsDashboard DevelopmentBusiness IntelligenceData WarehousingSDLC KnowledgeTechnical DocumentationSelf-Service AnalyticsData VisualizationBusiness AnalyticsExperience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in relevant fieldQualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in CS / SE, Information Systems , Data Analytics or a related field
