ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging face-to-face English lessons to adult learners.Assess students’ language levels and identify their learning needs.Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, activities, and assessments.Teach speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary.Adapt teaching methods to different levels, learning styles, and professional goals.Encourage students to communicate confidently in real-life and workplace situations.Monitor and evaluate students’ progress through regular feedback and assessments.Maintain accurate attendance and performance records.Manage the classroom effectively and create a supportive learning environment.Provide individual support and corrective feedback when needed.Use interactive activities, discussions, role plays, and multimedia resources.Coordinate with the academic team regarding student progress and course requirements.Attend required meetings, training sessions, and professional-development activities.Follow the institution’s curriculum, policies, and quality standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.Recognized English-teaching certificate such as CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, or TKT is preferred.Previous experience teaching English to adults, preferably in face-to-face classes.Strong command of spoken and written English; C1 level or higher is preferred.Good knowledge of English grammar, pronunciation, and teaching methodologies.Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.Ability to teach different proficiency levels, from beginner to advanced.Ability to prepare engaging lesson plans and adapt materials to learners’ needs.Patient, enthusiastic, organized, and professional attitude.Comfortable teaching at different locations: Dokki, Maadi, Nasr City, and 6th of October.Availability for offline classes, including evening and weekend schedules when required.Basic computer skills and familiarity with online teaching tools and educational resources.
