We process over 150,000 salaries every month and operate through a network of 12 exchange house partnerships.We're looking for an Offline Marketing Manager to own Huru's on-ground marketing strategy and execution. This is a field-first, execution-heavy role focused on building Huru's presence across labour camps, exchange houses, employer offices, and industry forums—where customer acquisition and adoption truly happen.You will be responsible for driving awareness among employers, exchange house partners, and workers, translating brand visibility into measurable app adoption, remittance usage, lending uptake, and customer engagement.Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll work closely with the B2B Sales, Product, Operations, Compliance, and Field Activation teams to execute high-impact campaigns across the UAE.Key ResponsibilitiesGround-Level Activation & Customer AdoptionPlan and execute labour camp activation programs, including product demonstrations, KYC support, and first-time user onboarding.Lead community engagement initiatives across worker residential areas, community centres, and labour accommodation facilities.Design and deliver training sessions for employer HR and payroll teams covering WPS onboarding, card issuance, and Huru app usage.Own activation calendars across multiple regions, coordinating field teams, logistics, POSM deployment, and execution quality.App Usage & MonetisationExecute field campaigns to increase remittance transactions through the Huru app by engaging workers at labour camps, exchange houses, and community events.Support lending adoption initiatives alongside Product and Sales teams through education-led, compliance-focused field programs.Track campaign performance, activation-to-usage conversion, and regional KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve future marketing initiatives.Stakeholder & Cross-functional CollaborationServe as the central point of coordination for all offline marketing and activation initiatives.Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.Build relationships with employer associations, business councils, HR communities, and relevant industry forums where Huru can strengthen its brand presence.Partner with the Creative team to develop high-quality field marketing assets, including brochures, banners, merchandise, and training materials.What We're Looking ForExperience & Skills4+ years of experience in offline, field, or activation marketing, preferably within fintech, banking, payments, or financial services in the UAE.Proven experience executing large-scale ground activation campaigns, including labour camps, community outreach, employer engagement, or field events.Strong network across the UAE B2B ecosystem, including exchange houses, employer communities, HR forums, business councils, or professional associations.Experience managing field teams and coordinating multiple activations simultaneously across different locations.Ability to design and deliver structured onboarding and training programs for non-technical audiences.Strong analytical skills with experience tracking campaign KPIs and using field insights to improve performance.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in English is required.
