Whether students need focused support in specific subjects or broader academic guidance, Tuido’s educators are committed to helping every learner excel over the long term.Role Description The Offline Tutor at Tuido – Learning will deliver classroom-based instruction to students from Classes 3 to 10 in Peerancheru in a full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include planning and conducting engaging lessons, explaining concepts clearly, assigning and correcting homework, and preparing students for school exams and assessments. The tutor will monitor student progress, provide regular feedback, and offer remedial support where needed. This role also involves collaborating with parents on student performance, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a positive, safe, and motivating learning environment. The tutor is expected to uphold Tuido’s teaching standards and participate in occasional training or academic planning sessions.Qualifications Strong subject knowledge in core school subjects (such as Mathematics, Science, English, and Social Studies) for Classes 3 to 10, and the ability to explain concepts in a clear, age-appropriate manner.Skills in lesson planning and classroom management, including the ability to design structured learning activities and maintain an orderly, respectful learning environment.Competence in student assessment and feedback, including evaluating classwork and homework, identifying learning gaps, and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with students and collaborate with parents and colleagues.Patience, empathy, and a learner-centric attitude, with a commitment to nurturing confidence and curiosity rather than promoting rote learning.Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field; formal teacher training or tutoring experience with school-age learners is preferred.Ability to work full time on-site in Peerancheru and maintain consistent availability as per class schedules.Familiarity with local school curricula and exam patterns; prior experience in coaching students for school exams is an advantage.
