Offset Printing Machine Operator – Heidelberg PM74

Virgo Packaging is looking for an experienced Offset Printing Machine Operator with hands-on experience operating a Heidelberg PM74 offset printing machine.The candidate should be able to independently set up, operate, monitor, and maintain the machine while ensuring consistent print quality and efficient production.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate Heidelberg PM74 offset printing machineMachine setup, plate mounting and job changeoversInk and colour adjustment / colour matchingRegistration and print-quality controlMonitor paper feeding, printing and deliveryReduce wastage and maintain production efficiencyIdentify and troubleshoot printing/machine issuesPerform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenanceFollow production specifications and approved samplesMaintain a clean and safe working areaRequirementsPrevious hands-on experience with Heidelberg PM74 is requiredStrong knowledge of offset printing processesExperience with colour matching and print registrationAbility to work independentlyGood troubleshooting skillsAttention to print quality and detailExperience in packaging/printing production preferredUAE experience is preferred
